About PACT

At Parents and Children Together (PACT), we believe that strong families create strong communities.

For more than 30 years, PACT has been supporting families in Cole Harbour, Eastern Passage, and surrounding communities by providing welcoming spaces where parents, caregivers, children, and youth can connect, learn, and grow together.

We offer a variety of free programs and services for families from pregnancy through age 18, including play-based learning opportunities, parenting support, youth programs, family events, and community resources. Whether you’re looking to meet other families, learn new parenting strategies, access support, or simply enjoy quality time together, you’ll find a place at PACT.

Our goal is to create inclusive, supportive environments where every family feels valued, connected, and empowered. Through meaningful relationships, community partnerships, and family-centred programming, we help build confidence, resilience, and a sense of belonging for children, youth, and caregivers alike.

Our purpose is to support families by creating welcoming spaces, meaningful connections, and accessible programs that help children, youth, and caregivers thrive.

Our Vision is to create a community where all families feel connected, supported, and empowered to thrive.
