Baby Play Time
Baby Play Time is a 5-week program for parents and caregivers with babies up to 12 months old. Through songs, gentle movement, and age-appropriate activities, caregivers are supported in connecting with their baby while promoting early development and enjoying time together in a relaxed, social environment.

Birth Preparation Classes
Get ready for birth with confidence! This interactive 5 week series is designed to help you explore your options, build knowledge, and feel empowered to make informed decisions throughout pregnancy, labour, birth, and beyond.
You'll have plenty of opportunities to ask questions, share experiences, and receive personalized support. We'll cover practical information, comfort measures, coping strategies, and self advocacy skills to help you feel prepared and confident as you approach your birth experience.
All comfort tools and equipment are provided.

Community Support Program
Need a little extra support? Our Community Support Program offers essentials like food and baby necessities. Please fill out a request form and we'll contact you to schedule an appointment.
Supports are available on a monthly basis, with limited spots available.
Dad’s Group
A fun drop in group for dads and male caregivers to connect, share experiences, and spend time with their little ones. A welcoming space for conversation, play, and community.
Saturdays, 9:30–11:00 AM. Drop in, no registration required.
Deanna Coleman’s imPACT Program
Every fourth Thursday of the month from 6:00-7:30.

Drop in Play Group

These welcoming community mornings are open to all parents, caregivers, and children, with toys and activities primarily designed for little ones up to aged 5, while older siblings are always welcome to join in!
Enjoy play, hands on activities, along with opportunities for connection, conversation, helpful resources, and parent support in a friendly, supportive space.
Eastern Passage Playgroup
Join us in Eastern Passage for our play group on Tuesdays from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM. These welcoming community mornings are open to parents, caregivers, and children, with toys and activities primarily designed for little ones up to aged 5, while older siblings are always welcome to join in! FREE Car Seat Checks
Do you have questions about your child's car seat? Want to make sure it's installed correctly and safely?
Join PACT's Certified technicians Alex and Hannah to:
• Ensure your car seat is properly installed
• Answer your questions
• Give safety tips for every age and stage
Infant Massage
Slow down and connect with your baby in this 4 week infant massage program. Learn gentle techniques to help your baby relax, sleep more soundly, and ease common discomforts like gas and tummy troubles. Led by a certified instructor, this is also a great opportunity to connect with other parents and caregivers.
Best suited for babies who are not yet crawling.

Jump, Jiggle, Jive
Join us for Jump, Jiggle, Jive, a fun and engaging program for little ones to enjoy music, movement, and simple activities designed to support early development in a relaxed, welcoming space.

Legal Aid Drop-In
Come meet with support staff from Nova Scotia Legal Aid for assistance with general information on family law and child protection issues. They can assist with applying for Nova Scotia Legal Aid services, answer questions about court documents, and provide additional resources.
This program alternates locations monthly between Cole Harbour and Eastern Passage. Please consult the calendar for the upcoming location.
New Parents Drop-In
New Parents Drop - in features discussions, activities, occasional speakers and a great opportunity to meet others. Stop in to have fun with other parents/caregivers with babies aged 0 - 14 months.
Nurturing Strong Men’s Group
A welcoming space for men to connect, share, and support one another through life's journey. Join us every Tuesday evening from 6:00-8:00.
