Parents and Children Together Family Resource Center (P.A.C.T.) actively contributes to the well-being of families through programs, workshops and activities offered to parents, expectant parents, caregivers and their children.
Our goal is to empower families with the skills needed to maximize the potential of their children.

Baby Play Time
6-week program. This program is a Jump, Jiggle, Jive, designed for parents and babies up to 12 months. It provides interaction between parents and babies through songs, etc.

Birth Preparation Classes
Classes are focused on preparation and information to allow you to be an active participant in your birth process. All equipment used (balls, pillows & mats) are provided by the Center.

Dads Saturday Morning Playgroup
Drop-In for dads/male caregivers with children of all ages.

Drop-in Playgroup Cole Harbour
A wide variety of activities for children (of all ages) plus discussions, speakers, resources, parent information and support. Open to all parents, caregivers and children.

Drop-in Playgroup Eastern Passage
A wide variety of activities for children (of all ages) plus discussions, speakers, resources, parent information and support. Open to all parents, caregivers and children.

Infant Massage
4-week program. Help your baby relax, sleep more soundly and relieve discomfort. Facilitated by a qualified teacher. This program is best suited for babies who are not yet crawling.

Jump Jiggle Jive
Parents, children and caregivers enjoy lots of movement, music and activities. A snack is also provided. Age from 2 years and up. This is a 6-week program.

New Parents Drop-In
New Parents Drop - in features discussions, activities, occasional speakers and a great opportunity to meet others. Stop in to have fun with other parents/caregivers with babies aged 0 - 14 months.

Developed by Health Canada. This is a 6-week program.

Secrets of Discipline
Learn Twelve Keys to train, teach and manage your way to raising responsible children.Based on the book "Secrets of Discipline" by Ronald G. Morrish. Parents join to discuss and share information from the book. This is a 6 week program.
Parenting Journey Home Visitor Program
A confidential self-referral service which offers in-home support for parents, caregivers and children aged 0-19. We provide community support & resource information to meet the family's current needs and future goals.

La Leche League Canada Breastfeeding Support
Offers monthly virtual meetings.
Usually the 3rd Thursday of the month at 6:30pm.
